Cottages in Nova Scotia - Cottage Rates and Reservations

Cancellation / Reservation Policy for 2010 Bookings:

- Prince's Inlet Retreat is a small family enterprise. Cancellations as a consequence have an impact on our business. You are asked to be sure of your travel plans before and after booking.

- Guests should note the arrival and departure dates on their confirmation carefully. If a guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final day of the reservation, or doesn't arrive, they are responsible for the total cost of the dates reserved. We recommend travel insurance if in any doubt.

- All bookings require a deposit of 50% at time of booking. Cancellations of bookings made 30 days in advance of arrival date for July, August & September will receive a 75% refund. Prince's Inlet Retreat Ltd. will endeavour to re-book any cancellations of accommodations received less than 30 days or more than 7 days prior to arrival date to facilitate a full 75% or partial refund.

- Cancellations of bookings received less than a week prior to arrival date for July, August and September are non-refundable.

- Reservations are confirmed by email. Confirmations are sent by conventional mail (Canada Post) only by request.

2010 Value Season Rates (from Sept 28/09 to May 27/10; 2 night minimum) - Up to quad occupancy
- Weekend nights (Fri & Sat) $150.00 per night, taxes extra.
- Weekday nights (Sun thru Thur) $115.00 per night, taxes extra.
- Each extra person over 4 people per cottage is $15/night/person + tax.
- Maximum 6 people per cottage.

2010 Special Shoulder Season Rate (from May 28/10 to June 30/10; 2 night minimum)
Daily Rate:
- $150.00 per night + tax (2 person).
- Extra per $15.00 per night per person + tax.
- Maximum 6 people per cottage.

2010 Summer Season Rates (from July 01/10 to September 30/10)
Weekly Rates ( 7 nights ):
- $1100.00/week + tax per couple.
- $1200.00/week + tax per family of 3.
- $1300.00/week + tax per family of 4.
- Extra person $100.00/week per person.
- Maximum 6 people per cottage.

Daily Rate:
- $175.00/day + tax if days are available between our weekly bookings (2 person).
- Extra person $15.00 per person per day + tax.
