Cancellation / Reservation Policy for 2008 Summer Bookings:
- Prince's Inlet Retreat is a small family enterprise. Cancellations as a consequence have an impact on our business. You are asked to be sure of your travel plans before and after booking. We recommend travel insurance if in any doubt.
- All reservations require a deposit of 50%.
- Prince's Inlet Retreat Ltd. will endeavour to re-book any cancellations of accommodations received, however, if we are unable to re-book you will be responsible for your booking. In the event your cancelled booking is re-booked, there will be a 80% refund of your accommodation deposit.
- Your accommodations will be honoured as per the confirmation of reservation. When circumstances arise necessitating your cancellation within the terms of the cancellation policy, we do understand and sympathize, but we must maintain our policy.
- Monthly accommodation deposits / balances are not subject to tax.
- Reservations are confirmed by email. Confirmations are sent by conventional mail (Canada Post) only by request.
- Payment Terms: VISA, MC, Traveller's Cheque, Certified Cheque, Money Order.
- Certified cheques / money orders for accommodation deposits will only be accepted a minimum of 6 weeks before arrival date. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date only credit cards will be accepted for accommodation deposits.
- When cheques or money orders are accepted, please allow a minimum of one month for the cheque / money order to clear the bank before any refunds are issued.

$1200.00 per week / cottage*
$175.00 per day when available / cottage*
